We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Sales Support in our Toronto office.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Office Support you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to our senior Field sales leaders.  You have solid experience in administrative work, strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast pace environment. You are extremely motivated, proactive, and resourceful and have exceptional communication skills.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Provide administrative support to our senior Field sales leaders
  • Become an expert in our CRM and territory management systems and process
  • Responsible for drafting and/or reviewing communications for Field sales related materials
  • Helps prepare materials and documents for presentation
  • Coordinate and take meeting notes for all senior Field sales management meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate travel in various modes of transportation and accommodation for senior Field sales leaders
  • Maintain expense records and complete expense reports
  • Participate in periodic reviews of sales budgets and communicate variances
  • Actively participates in the creation of sales contests and incentives and manage the programs to see through to execution

HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Projects and maintains a friendly and professional image at all times
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the proven ability to develop strong relationships
  • Works well and collaboratively within a team and able to work independently to complete tasks
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Be available to occasionally travel and work on weekends during regional sales meetings
  • Experience supporting sales leaders would be a strong asset
  • Working knowledge in French would be an asset
